This Privacy Policy describes how Hairless Ape Software ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in relation to the Landmass application ("the App") for iOS devices.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Landmass is designed to work entirely on your device without requiring any data collection or network connectivity.

Information We Do Not Collect

Landmass does not collect any personal information or usage data. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, etc.)
• Device identifiers or hardware information
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavior tracking
• Your created artwork or projects
• Your custom color schemes or settings

Local Data Storage

All data created within Landmass is stored locally on your device:

• Projects: Your saved projects (including noise parameters, position, and color schemes) are stored in the app's local storage on your device.
• Color Schemes: Custom color schemes you create are stored locally.
• Exported Images: When you export images, they are saved to locations you choose (Photos, Files, etc.) and remain under your control.
• Shared Files: When you export .landmass or .lmscheme files, you control where they are saved and shared.

We have no access to any of this locally stored data.

Network Usage

Landmass does not require an internet connection to function. The app does not make any network requests, and no data is transmitted from your device to our servers or any third parties.

Third-Party Services

Landmass does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any information.

Children's Privacy

Landmass does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is suitable for users of all ages.

Data Security

Since all your data remains on your device and we do not collect any information, your data is as secure as your device. We recommend using your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) to protect your creations.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. You maintain full control over all data stored locally on your device and can delete it at any time by:

• Deleting individual projects within the app
• Deleting custom color schemes within the app
• Uninstalling the app (which removes all app data)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
